Have a fun weekend at the snow! I like that you invited her to go, but are planning to continue with the trip regardless of whether she joins or not. That's what "creating your life" is about. Doing things, and trying to have a great time with or without her.
One problem I notice is you seem to still be expecting things from her. And when you don't hear what you want or expect you get angry. You need to detach much more. Once you do your emotions won't be so extreme.
There is no arriving, ever. It is all a continual becoming.
