It is not your responsibility to tell him about the C sessions and calling him to ask if he wants to change it, take a differnt slot, or whatever. He has the schedule or if he isnt sure, he could call the C or you. .
You need to only call him if something important is going on with S17 or the finances. You have to give him some space.
