trapt, I pretty sure anything but coming back saying she made huge mistakes and begging forgiveness is placing herself above her children...
I did tell my wife that if she wasn't going to try to rebuild us because she didn't think I was capable of forgiveness then she should go F off, becasue I wasn't her and to give up because she thought I could or couldn't do something was pathetic.

Well maybe it is... maybe she's "in love" with someone else. How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?? I don't know, I tend to just bite them!!
If she is doing this to "punish herself" that to me would be placing herself above her children. That sucks too.
She may not be "in love" with anyone. She may just be a lost soul that doesn't know what she wants anymore. Is there another guy in the picture right now? If you answer you don't know then there isn't. They may be good at hiding things from us but not that good. You would pick up on it.
Life itself sucks at times Trapt! All of this is a part of growing and learning. Might not be the way you want to do it but we don't get everything we want.
It wouldn't be the first time I saw someone place their happiness over their own children. I live that daily. It isn't pretty. MLC'ers don't see it as putting themselves first. They see it as living their life and everyone around them has to change to fit the mold they are creating.

WHAAAAT? No No No. I honestly do not know, I don't waste my time looking, pondering, snooping or guessing. I have minimal contact. So I don't know. I know there was at one time.

WHAAAT No No No. Life does not suck. Life is absolutely awe inspiring. Yes we get down but in the grand scheme of things we rise even higher.
