I understand it's her house and all, but talk about a total lack of compassion. I can see why she feels that way though. Kevin, you've got to stop being so clingy to her so that she'll bend a little. She's still treating you like a child. Plan your life as if she is not involved. As if she didn't exist. What would you do.

Or see if you can gather some money to rent someplace for now. At least you'll be able to see your kids on your own.

Have you scrapped your plans for studying? Like 25mlc says, you've got to stick to a plan.
