Hi Lisa, I guess if you really wanted to get the info you could hire a PI, but it would cost. I thought you just needed her address not who as well.
I was desperate to go that route,partly on religious grounds and partly to shame them-I know not kind but thats how I felt back them particularly as I knew her and she did some dreadful things to me,almost (looking back) willing me to know!
My solicitor said I had left it too late had to be done within 6mths of separating. Not sure if it actually makes any difference to financial aspect. Adultery means nothing to day from a courts pov, or most people come to that. I did actually state the reason on my sworn statement so felt a little better.
I think your H would have wanted to make it as easy and as painless as he could for you given that you get on so well-hmm I guess thats a contradiction in terms. Did you enjoy the glorious weather we have been having.
