There is a way to be respectful to him, even if most would think he is undeserving. Just remain calm, remember any negative emotions will only fuel the mlc machine. You have your head on straight, so be the bigger person. That doesn't mean you let him spew at you, and if he says something off the wall remember blah blah blah, don't give it any power. Treat him like an acquaintance for now.

You will have to communicate when it comes to the kids. That benefits them and he is their father.

I need to go to sleep

Hey SC,

Good to see you laugh a little bit. Trapt is right ( watching his head swell ) There is a balance that you CAN find to communicate with them. Keeping things a little short and businesslike will work for you best, but keep it positive. Confidence is something he will not expect from you right now.

Where are you in TX ?

Thanks Trusting, I know. This whole thing is just so messed up. I don't even want H anymore, he has shown his true colors. However, I now keep thinking about him with this 19 year old not even a woman person. I need a tazer so I can shock myself every time I think about it. LOL

Hey Trapt and Mach,

Yes, I know that I need to keep it on a "buisness" like tone from now on, and I don't think I'll have a problem with that. I don't really feel like being "friends" right now! LOL I have lots of other friends at work and through my kids sports and even some new online ones : ) so I don't NEED him for a friend right now. If I was picking someone for a friend and he was just an aquaintance, I sure wouldn't pick someone behaving like him.

When I interact with him over the kids or anything, I will stay positive, confident, and hold my head up high. I'm quite sure that I DO have more confidence than he does at this point. He is waaaayyyy insecure with himself.

About to be off to my d3 and s8 soccer games in a little while! First of the season, and it should be a good time! I have lots of their activities to keep me busy. S plays soccer, baseball, and basketball (winter and summer basketball) so I don't have a lot of downtime now that his seasons have started back up. That's good because I tend to think a lot when I have downtime. Thinking too much is one of my downfalls...
