I won't put my weight on here--there are too many people that know me on Facebook from here! LOL Suffice to say, I could lose a hundred pounds and still not be at the "recommended weight" for my height and frame. However, fortunate or unfortunate, I have never looked my weight.
I am committed to this--I paid a gym membership and I hate to waste money. My D17 is going to take a picture this afternoon and we will hang onto it. I have a wedding to go to in June, and I am hoping for some small changes by then.
Thank God for the day I drifted into a forum I rarely visit. He made sure I found the right thread that day.

First, let me say this, don't pay ANY ATTENTION to this "recommended weight" Let me give you an example. Going by that chart, I am 80lbs overweight! LOL I wear a 36 pants, a 50 coat, but according to that chart, I am 80 lbs. overweight! LOL Don't worry about the weight, cutting fat is what we are after! Remember, muscle weighs more that fat and its more dense. Let me ask you this, would it be OK if you weighed 225 lbs. and wore a size 10? I know that is a bit of a stretch, but what I am trying to say is that lots of people are hung up on the scale, concentrate on a clean diet, solid weight program, and good cardio. Do those things, the fat loss will take care of itself! I am so glad you are committed to this! That is most of the battle right there! You just have to look yourself and say "I;m sick of this, I can and will do better"!! Keep me informed of your progress!! I will help you anyway I can!! I noticed we are neighbors, you live in VA. I live in KY.! Great!! Everyone wish me luck today, I have my powerlifting meet this morning!! Hopefully I will come back in one piece!! LOL
