Divorce looming #6

The kids know that I love them. And they know that mommy loves them. And I tell them that mommy loves them. But they also know that yes, mommy wants this D and daddy does not.

I don't bad mouth W. I just simply state the facts. I don't think that should be held against me for being honest with my kids. I don't go into details about anything. They don't know about the A and nor should they.

All they know is that mommy wants out of the M and I don't. They know that D is wrong. They know its not a good thing because it causes your family to break up.

This greatly irritates W and her family, but then why wouldn't it. They are all divorced and remarried for the most part, so of course they are going to disagree with that. Thats their stance and I have my stance. I'm not going along with their stance just to appease them.

If its wrong, its wrong. And that is my stance.

go back to studying. Do you have any other hobbies that can get your mind off this? do you like to read, play games, ride bikes, etc.?

I like to play poker. My friend told me again that I can come up to Dallas and stay with him and go talk to agencies to get a job. I could come up next weekend.

It would allow me to see my girls some. Moreso than what I am getting to see right now. I could go eat lunch with them at school.

W will be livid. But I could work while staying with him til June and study at night. I sure do miss my girls. I miss W to, but that doesn't matter right now as I can't pursue her and I have to move on without her.

I'm a web designer who is used to very little sleep. LOL.

As far as going to Dallas, if that works out, then go for it. Just stick with it. Who cares what your W thinks? She can't control you. And if you want to see your kids, well it's your right.

What skills do you use in web designing. My friend was telling me to learn C# and asp.net on my own and I should be able to get something decent. Would you say that is true?

I'd say so, I'm not an IT person, just an IT recruiter. What were you doing before learning C#? The real money though is in CRM and ERP systems.

Both C+ and Asp.net is something definitely worth learning. I work in conjuction with a programmer as I only have very rudimentary programming skills.

It comes down to the more you know, the better. Especially since there are so many IT guys out of work now. Competition is fierce.
