I apologize but I just am not into the family night idea . Tomorrow we discuss property asset division . Her proposal started out by stating she was " abused " for the entire marriage . My attorney laughed as she never brings up the affair but is able to stand by her " story " . I guess she has to otherwise she would have no other valid reason for her actions . I will proceed w/ the criminal charges on 3/24/09 . I realized that the last 3 years or so of our marriage I lost my identitey in catering to her . She once told me she was drawn to me by my cockiness so I might as well get cocky legally .
