Hold your horses guys. Not that money. He gave me that sum we were discussing before. But that's only about 10% of what I would want/be entitled to in a final financial settlement.

And he didn't fix anything. Not only did he not fix it (not his fault) but he didn't offer to call the furnace guy for me. Just said you need to call them tomorrow if you can't get it to relight tonight. I don't view that as much of an effort.
