Thanks for your advice. I'm really starting to "feel it". I know I'm still in the anger stage but someone on another thread said that anger helps to enforce boundaries. So, there you go.
I've noticed I have bad dreams after eating a lot of sugar - maybe the ice cream had something to do with yours?
I had a vivid dream a while back about Catbitch - I pushed her and grabed her head and screamed right in her face over and over he's married! he's married! until it woke me up.
I love dreams - good and bad. Maybe I'll eat some Rocky Road tonight!

Well I had a pretty weird day for me today..nothing exciting, but ended up with a kicking headache today and even left work early I ONCE in a blue moon get a migraine type headache, so I'd love to know where this one came from out of the blue!! My S12 gets them often..so I dunno how he deals with the pain and just terrible feeling that accompanies them! So, I came home, laid down for a few hours, and I'm still having a bit of a headache, but not as ridiculous as it was earlier!
Other than that, a pretty calm and quiet day!

Sorry about your headache. I don't get them much either but when I do I just keep taking Advil til it goes away. Sometimes up to 8. Is that bad?

LOLOL..probably not too bad..yeah I took Ibuprofen earlier and then a few hours later Tylenol, which is the advice doctors give a lot of times to alternate between Ibuprofen and Tylenol..then I came home, put icy hot on my head and neck, which works well for me, laid down for a bit, and then still have my headache, so I took Excedrin migraine..which hopefully will kick it out..we will see :P
I think maybe it's the lack of sleep or something hormonal..or who knows LOLOL??!!
