Busy day today. Had play rehearsal and then work. H calls and left a vm for me in the middle of my working. He was dropping the kids off at the halfway spot at 4:30 and was waiting for me and left a little whiny complaining vm to me about how this doesn't seem to be working or something like that. Um, we never arranged a time today. He just decided to make it 4:30 for some reason. I called him and told him I wouldn't have set that time b/c I was working now on Saturdays so can't make it until 7 at the earliest, in my firm assertive trucker (b/c of the laryngitis) voice. He dropped the kids off at the house at 5:00 and didn't even give them dinner. I fed them dinner as soon as I got home of course. I just think it's crazy how he criticizes my parenting all the time!!! I emailed him just now and said let's just set up a permanent time for pickup and drop off every Fri. and Saturday so we don't have any misunderstandings.
Saw a theatre friend I hadn't seen in a while today. Was surprised the D still isn't over. Said OW's D that she knows (her ds were in a play with OW's d) said she thought OW's D was the meanest girl she's ever met. This was before she knew anything about OW and my H and all that. Now that I know her family history mom married 3 times and my H is maybe going to be her 4th, I'm not that surprised at hearing that. This stuff does affect the kids esp. if they go through it over and over again I guess.
