So..I was thinking as I was washing the dishes that I really didn't post about my day today..tho it's really just pretty random, I figured I'd journal it out..thanks in advance for listening, replying, or at least stopping by

So do you ever have one of THOSE kind of days?? Not like a "oops I keep dropping stuff" kind of day or a "I bump into things" kind of day, but just one of those "feel like you could just go from 0 to (b)witch in about 2 seconds?? It's been a LONG time since I've had a day like that..LOL..but today, this afternoon was just one of those..

Not really gonna go into detail of what was bothering me..nothing with my marriage or anything like that..just STUFF. It just really showed me that I was obviously placing way too much emphasis on this STUFF for it to really just suck the life/joy out of me today LOL..

I just hate feeling that way..and I can't let anything make me feel like that, at least to the best of my ability. This is something I CAN control how I feel about it LOL..there are enough things we can't eh?

And to clarify, it's not like my WHOLE day was spent feeling this way, it was just a little while this evening/afternoon..LOL..I was too busy working and having fun with the gals at work to be that witchy feeling all day THANKFULLY

So I guess, to turn things around on a positive note, I learned from this DAY that I should take a cue from one of my favorite movies, Elizabethtown. The quote is "You have five minutes to wallow in the delicious misery. Enjoy it. Embrace it. Discard it. And proceed."

I think that is gonna be my new alt quote I guess it's good I journaled, I feel even better than I already did!

By the way, I am gonna say a special shout out to JD who listened so kindly to my "more than 5 minute" wallowing this evening Thank you! {{JD}}

Tho, in re-reading my above post, it sounds pretty random indeed and quite cryptic..LOL..I hope you at least got my gist and, if nothing else, I helped myself LOL

Just had to throw in what my favorite chocolate ice cream is...

It's Phish Food. I think it's from Ben & Jerry's. Has the best chocolate flavor in my opinion!
