I found Marianne Williamson's books on forgiveness and anger helpful. She has some exercises in them that suggests saying things before you are going to talk with or meet w. It's a prayer of sorts, in which you turn your M over to Him. And turn your pain and anger and hurt ALL over to Him... and then you can talk if you must.


But only when you are calmed, focussed and above all, DB 101, GAL. What are you doing that's GAL? Oh, some going out with friends are all good. But how about a 180"

The two things are for YOU to GAL for you...makes all this so much easier no matter what happens to the M and it makes you more interesting and attractive. And the 180's are for your growth AND to show her that the M would be different if you had another chance. It has to be different or you'll be here again in 2 years. Or 5, etc. Make sense?

The good news is that YOU control both of these things. So GAL and do some 180's and keep it up for months before you even try to monitor. Don't complain after a matter of a few weeks, let alone days...

And read and grow and learn and love your kids.
