I do snack on a few almonds and dried fruit too if I get hungry throughout the day. I am human, I have had a few choc pieces now and then, but not much for a weeks worth of eating like above.

Glam. I don't think you are consuming ENOUGH calories. I know you may think I am crazy, but I think with you diet that your body is holding on to its fat out of instinct. I would up my caloric intake a bit and see what happens. You are aren't eating 1200 calories a day and as active as you are, its not enough.
