BH this would be a typical day of eating for me.

Breakfast: protein shake

snack: egg whites and raw veggies

Lunch: can of tuna, raw veggies

Snack: egg whites and raw veggies

Dinner: chicken or fish, veggies, and a salad

water for all meals and snacks.

I do snack on a few almonds and dried fruit too if I get hungry throughout the day. I am human, I have had a few choc pieces now and then, but not much for a weeks worth of eating like above.

Any suggestions?
