Glam. Yes, I am serious! 6-Packs are gained by a serious diet and cardio! I have very, very strong stomach muscles, but no 6-pack! LOL Not yet anyway! I am going to cut some fat after my contest in a couple of weeks! Anyway, Glam, I would look at my diet. What do you eat on a daily basis?
