OK - I have done the deal! Made an offer to sort out chimney next Saturday morning - and got a reply saying - "Big Thank U's".
It shouldn't be too much of a job - needs to be done in daylight I reckon cos I might need to get onto the roof - so wine is out of the question! Tea and biscuits will suit just fine!
