Man, I think I am going to decline all calls / texts from W soon. 3 today.
1) W M&D are coming to city tomorrow and W wanted to know if ok that she takes the k's for lunch with them tomorrow. I agreed - k's need to see their grandparents even if it is my day.
2) W wants to change weekends at end of minth - her time but she has to be away. Not sure how to approach that one yet.
3) [and this one made me ] Have D11 shopping for a belt. She finds a coat that she says she needs (lighter than a winter coat but heavier than a spring jacket). And it is on sale - 50% off. OK she gets it. Well shortly after getting home, D11 obviously calls W to tell her - D11 is excited. I am shovelling snow off the driverway and D11 says W wants to talk to me. Well I get it - why buy coat, D11 doesn't need it, trying to "buy" kids affection, thought there was no cash (well, none for W from me anyway). WTF????????????
So goes my days. I have to admit that I laughed after #3. I was not good - when she said I was trying to buy the kids, my response was "Just following your lead" and she hung up.
