Pearl..LOL..could be..tho just tea and no coffee..I don't remember if it's caffeine free or not But actually was up late cause a good friend of mine needed to chat..which I'd rather stay up for than sleep anyday

Ok, this is starting to get scary. Do you drink coffee at all? I don't, I hate the stuff. But I go to Starbucks (I am a Seattle girl after all) for soy chai lattes or steamed soy milk. Now that you mention tea I remember you said you had the Vanilla Rooibos latte and I've started drinking those too! No, it doesn't have caffeine.

I'll be with my best friend this weekend (who I haven't seen in nine years!) but I will miss you terribly tomorrow!

{{Pearl}} LOL..we ARE solidarity sisters after all..of course we have tons in common Nope..no coffee..I try to drink it, like my kids both LOVE it so whenever they get something new I'll be like, can I have a sip, tho I know i'll hate it, LOL, and always hate it! OOH..I'm glad you love my vanilla rooibus..I am soooo addicted to those that it is sad really

At Starbucks I get one of the following: If I'm being bad I get the double choc chip blended cream (like a milkshake basically LOL), if I'm being good and/or it's hot outside I get the passion iced tea lemonade sweet as can be. My other favs are (OBVIOUSLY) the Vanilla Rooibus, or the caramel apple cider.

Aww Pearl..I will probably check in briefly as Amy has an appt tomorrow afternoon she can't get out of..if you can imagine LOLOL..so I will hop on and say hi probably while she's doing that I'm so glad you get to hang with your friend you haven't seen in 9 years..WOW..how great is that?!

Love the caramel apple cider and my obsession this year was the salted caramel hot chocolate. Good thing it coincided with my crisis weight loss so I could drink one or two a week and not feel guilty at all! Unfortunately I'm back on the healthy(ish) diet train so I stick to steamed soy or nonfat milk with a shot of sugar free cinnamon dolce.

I was thinking you and Amy should get makeovers! Not that I don't think you're beautiful already It's just such a fun girl thing to do together. Plus if you pick up some new make up or hairstyle while you're out of town H will REALLY wonder what you're up to!

I changed my hair early on in the sitch, more having to do with the fact that I can't find a decent stylist here. Grr. But other people comment on it all the time, including xBF's coworkers both in front of and to him. So I know he's aware that other people think I'm looking good.

I'm super excited to see my BFF (who is also Amy!). Long story, basically we had a huge fight over her getting married (I thought she was making a mistake) and had no contact from early 2000 until New Year's. When we reconnected we spent hours catching up and it was almost like nothing had happened. We DID discuss what happened, how we both acted poorly and were very stubborn so no sweeping under the rug. It was just that it didn't matter, I really think she's my soulmate in a non-sexual way. Not that there's anything wrong with that! Just wanted to clarify.

You've been a busy bee aintchya!. I apologise for not stopping in so much lately, but RL an all that.

So, I call in and you're off to meet Amy and thinking of a tattoo....go you!

I have always hated tattoos, W had one on her lower back a couple of years ago and I guess it looked ok. Then after she left she had one on her ankle...in my opinion it looks VERY tarty and not nice. However, I had been thinking for a while and a few weeks ago, went and got one myself. It's a dragon from my shoulder down my left arm. Looks quite cool I have to say and it remains covered most of the time, that's a good thing in my opinion.

You do sound to be getting on with your life in leaps and bounds, that is SO good to hear.

Funny you should mention makeovers cause we actually booked one..well ACTUALLY we were going to book one for each of us, but they only had one slot open and Amy wants me to have it (no wonder I love her eh??) And I have just recently changed my hairstyle to longer and darker, on my alt pic, so I like that, recently started to try to wear my contacts again, like in my alt pic..which I've gotten some nice compliments on LOL..so I've had a mini makeover already so I haven't totally decided if I'm gonna let Amy give me the makeover or I have her take it

Love that your friend is an Amy too..must be something with those names LOLOL..and that you guys reconnected..that is FANTASTIC! Can't wait to hear about your fun weekend! Yeah Amy and I clicked like you and I have as well..love that you think she's your soulmate

As for mine, I am planning to take pics for the alt so you guys can see Hmm..wonder if there will be a tattoo in those pics??
