What can you possibly gain?

Reasonable people disagree on this forum about things like exposure, snooping, continuing to have sex with a wayward spouse, etc. But I've yet to see ANYONE disagree (nor any book or other expert) about this:

DO NOT CONFRONT THE OTHER MAN/OTHER WOMAN.

It only elevates them in importance, it makes YOU appear weak, and you may not be able to control yourself (you seem very anxious to me?). I could give you six other reasons.

You asked for advice, and I've given it. What you do with it is up to you.

Thanks, I am really confused what can be the best thing to do. If I go and say: stay away from my wife, please. She is the only thing in universe that I need and you will never love her as much as I do. And we have a daughter together, so please keep your #$%# hands off her. What can then happen. The only thing I care is unpredictable reaction of my wife

You'd be assuming good intentions and the honorable thing would be done by a man who -- by definition -- is a PREDATOR, and therefore has no honor.

I do not know. Really. Say if i was a bachelor and if I was making out with somebody like my wife, and her husband would ask me to stop then I probably would. The question is whether this helps me to have her back and the answer is i do not know
