Well, it seems that my sitch is coming to an end. My H called and said he is meeting with the lawyer today and he wanted me to send him again the excel about the expenses. He still hasnt thought over joint custody because he is "not sure it is legal"? I tried to tell him that if we too agree on that, no court will say the opposite. He got upset and told me that "I should be able to wait until he asks the lawyer". When I asked for her number, he said he want first to talk to her.
My lawyer friend said we should be able to do it. The lawyer that I have been to (not a friend) said that isnt feasible. In Greece only one parent has to have custody and the way things are in his life, no court would give him custody. I am not sure she understood. Anyway, I have a meeting with her tomorrow.
We are ages behind what you guys are talking about parenting plans etc etc
