Had appointment with a cardiologist yesterday - have a stress echocardiogram set up for next week.

Also found out today a co-worker passed away in a traffic accident. They suspect he had a heart attack - and he was younger than I am...

I have to fess up jak I didn't go but.......With all this doctor stuff I am doing and how I do feel "different" somehow since I started these "love dares" ... I signed up for another... YES another Quit smoking class. I am doing it this time along with the Wellbutrin.. Last time I only did the Wellbutrin so this time I AM going to do it. This means I will have extra time at work so I WILL hit the gym.

Hey Doc,

How has the Gym been going.
I have joined and have been going. I wish I could everyday but, with two jobs it's hard to keep my time for me.

We need to get this thread in gear. It's Spring ya know, time to get out and do things for ourselves!

I love this thread, it's exactly what I need.

I'm trying to give up TV - it's amazing how many countless hours one can waste watching absolute useless drivel...

I also joined Weight Watchers two weeks ago, down 9.4 lbs so far.

I've gotten out in the garden and boy, is that some exercise. Every muscle is hurting.

I'm a little afraid of the gym, but I plan on joining one of those group workout sessions.

I also moved all the furniture around in the living room and bedroom - helps with the "new start" feeling....
