Not true, you can always turn around. It's up to you to let her know that this was just a wall you hit together and in a weird way it was necessary. It made you both take notice of what was wrong and needed to be fixed. Let her know the bridges home are not destroyed and are perfectly safe to walk on. No one has to know what the two of you decide to do. No one has to live your life or her's and no one except the two of you will ever really know what happened.....and that's how it should be. Tell her you are going to stop the filing and drop the charges. Take action to show her you love her.
