Maybe since you are interested in spiritualism you should occupy some of your time learning more about it. Metaphysics on the whole. Very interesting and very enlightening. The church I attend is actually a spiritualist one. I get a lot out of the meditations and healings myself. And I've met a whole new circle of people that are just incredible.
