You know, it's just a shame that they don't make super-heroes like you in the movies...you are the kind of man that men learn from, my friend - and your son is blessed.
I'm so glad that your son is with you. And that your w acknowledges that he is doing well being with you. I hate encouraging the legal process on these kinds of things. But, I think it would be good for you to file for a legal separation. It's not as "final" as a divorce, but it will set some guidelines for your son. Imagine the devastation of your wife deciding for whatever reason that she wants him back. With nothing legal in place, she can come and get him with no notice.

Family members have all been left and things are back to normal.... S were having a great time with them. He is such a happy boy. I am so proud of him.
On the W side, that's right....it is still the same. There are zero changes.... On my side, I want this to be over. I guess I am already looking forward life after this. I think I have became 2nd WAS in this M....LOL

Any more updates you want to share with us - or are things still kind of the same as the last time you posted on your thread?
I know what you mean about becoming the WAS...it just kind of turns that way sometimes...I know it has for me as well...though I'm not walking away from anything so much as walking toward something better...namely...a happier me.
I am doing fine. Everything is pretty much the same. W and I are friendly to each other and that's pretty much it. I don't really have too much thoughts about W except when S3 ask for her. I would just say she is busy and she will come see you soon.
There are still some down moments, but they are mostly short lived. So overall I can't really complaint. S3 is here and he is doing good. Even W agrees that S3 is doing better than when he was with her. I have not filed on anything yet, but think I will start this soon. I think I just want to get this over, done and call it good....!!!

So glad you are back to post. I have down moments, too. It's what we do in those moments that counts - and you, I have no doubt in my mind, do all the right things.
