Ali, he called 4 times and I answered the 4th. He said Happy Birthday and I said thank you. He then asked me playfully "how do you feel?" I said ok. He answered "you should, you dont look like 38". It was the first compliment I have heard for a while. I thanked him. Then we talked about the awful night I had with the kids yesterday. They were crying, begging, threatening me (you will not marry another man cause we will leave you), telling me how unhappy they are, how they feel unlucky, the only kids in the world that their parents split etc etc. Lets just say, it felt like December 07... Not a good way to end a day.
Last year I wished this birthday would be better. I guess, I'll wait for next year... Love K
