Ok, need some input here. This is the latest email from xBF:

The bank transfer failed again - I am having the money deposited into my account and then I will deposit it into the [bank] account myself - just let me know how.

I would like to come over Tuesday night (later if possible) and pick up some things and visit the kids.

I am just frustrated with him. He can go online to the bank's website and figure out how to make a deposit. I will give him the benefit of the doubt because it is does not have a local branch and he's never had an account there. Still, he's an intelligent person and should be able to figure this out on his own. He has the acct number and that's all he needs. Sheesh!

But how long is it going to take him to collect all his cr@p? I looked around the house when I got home, seems like everything is gone. Do I have the right to tell him take it all now because I'm done with his coming and going? And what does "later" mean? Is he trying to see me without saying that? I will be at dance classes 6:30-9. I really don't want to come home and find him waiting for me. Plus, he's never shown much interest in the cats before. I'm tired of him using them as an excuse to be here. Sigh.
