I think that as soon as Wolfie has moved back in (has internet access again), I'm going to start up an email relationship with him as part of my reclaiming.
Would it be horrible of me to write him an email asking that he remove XOW's email address from his "address book"?
Tal,
I'm not Sage of course, but I'm horning in on your question anyway.
I think it is ABSOLUTELY alright for you to ask H to remove XOW from his e-mail address book...in fact, I think you've every right to ask that he also add a block from it.
There are "things" that I am going to request/demand of my H. I know that while with OW #1 that he got into a different kind of music (saw them in his car way back then and when I asked about them he blew them off...dumb me) so I will ask that he bring NOTHING and I mean absolutely NOTHING to OUR home that is even remotely connected to the two OWs...music CDs, cologones or anything else THEY may have given him. I know I can't erase his memories, but I don't want HIM to have ANY tangible or casual reminders of his time with THEM, especially NOT IN MY LIFE OR HOME.

I have a better (?) idea T2. Why not take those things and CDs and create with them new and nice memories for both of you? That way they would not have a pejorative association for you and they would not remind him of OW.
Just a thought...

I think for me...the 'music' would harken him back to those days of fantasy and excitement with them...My H loves music, can name every damn artist and song ever written I think...so I know that to him, like speaks to him through music...and I want that chapter of his life muted. T2
T2, Sounds like you are getting yourself together! Go girl! Working all day today... But I received a couple of books to read; "winning your H back before it's too late", "your M can survive MLC", "renew your M at mid-life", "wounded M can be healed; hope for the separated", "how to save your M alone". Has anyone read any of them? If so Are they good? Well, I'm going to find out! Deb
