Things are going along pretty well at this point. I sent H an email about Sydney's glasses, he was going to come pick them out with us today but he had to go out of town for work and leave right after karate last night.
I emailed him her preference of Disney princess glasses (Ariel) with a link to a page with the various glasses styles.
He sent back FOUR replies. The first was him saying they were better than he thought, not as corney as expected. He said he was picturing a dwarf on each eye, and then said HA HA. I don't think I have ever seen him write HA HA on anything. So at least he is in a good mood today!
He apologized in 3 of the 4 messages for missing out on picking the glasses, which is fine, I am not upset about it anyway.
Oh and yesterday he was sick and missed church.The kids and I stopped on the way home from church and got him a goody bag from the gas station. Sydney picked orange juice, Nathan got him a bottle of water and I got him Tylenol Sinus and Ho-Hos. I am sure Ho-Hos will cure his sinus infection.
So anyway we are still doing family stuff together. Last night Nathan was doing great at karate, a few times in the joking Dan and I were doing about how cute/silly Nathan was being, I patted his leg or touched his arm and he didn't stiffen or pull away at all...Once I was looking at Nathan and turned and Dan was looking at me with a big smile on his face. Probably re. Nathan but it was great to see him grinning at me.
So, onward and upward once more. Off to the YMCA to run!
