DD17 dragged me out shopping tonight, she absolutely had nothing to wear. Oh, well she still had Christmas money left.

That book doesn't have to mean that D is in the future. It's always a good idea to be prepared for anything. Yes, sounds like you're empowering yourself.

I have started doing a lot of things that I never did before because I thought H would think it was weird or I'd throw off his schedule. Guess what?? I love him, but I'm taking care of me and D4. I'm here if he needs me, but I'm not obsessing about that stuff anymore. It's just silly to think of the types of things I worried about. I've been reading more, letting him have more responsibilty for D4, I finally hooked up my internet at home last night...etc. You do for you.

I'll email you soon. I still have something to send. I'll get that out shortly.
