I agree, T, it doesn't matter that you have to startover, but that you become more aware of what you are doing. There will be times that we have to be in communication with H/W, it the extent that the contact goes which determines a "do-over". Business is necessary. Like my contact yesterday, I had to give him his part of the car insurance bill. I made it clear that I didn't have time to talk and politely kept up that point when he tried to talk.
