If you want to move this divorce along you and your attorney are going to have to decide that you are willing to negotiate the financial settlement. There is no way I can afford to take care of the kids and maintain the house for them on the money you are currently sending me. So we have two options as I see it. We can take this through a long and expensive trial or you can approachmy attorney and me with a willingness to talk about a different arrangement. Since you appear to have taken a non-negotiable position I have no other option than to take this to litigation. Any other option is your call. If I hear from my attorney that you are interested in a less combative approach I’m willing to give that one more shot but it’s all up to you.
The paralegal told me that she's out of her mind if she'll be getting much more from me than what the mediator suggested. I have these figures and have reduced her payments to what the mediator suggested.
