I've been helped a lot recently by reading your posts and reading what people have been suggesting for you (thanks, faithisbelieving.) I think I'm in a pretty similar mindset right now to where you are.
It's hard to let go and focus on ourselves when our hearts and minds are still so focused on them.
But every day is an opportunity to write a new chapter in our book of life.
