I made a decision for myself today:

When my W sees me leaving, she won't see old Ken crawling away on his belly...

She'll see new Ken walking away tall and confident.

I WILL NOT let the circumstances that I find myself in dictate how I will feel or act. It WILL NOT bring me to my knees.
