We're headed to our Retrouvaille weekend starting this evening. I tell you all this to let you know I'll be off the boards for a couple of days, and to also ask for your prayers, if you're so inclined.
We need to do this so we can finally work on the long-term problems in our marriage -- mostly the SSM thing, and our ability to communicate about it -- and it seems we're under attack this week. SOMEONE doesn't want us going to this thing, but "greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world"!!!!!
Anyway, please pray for us, me and the fetching Mrs. Puppy. I'm nervous, but excited, too! We have SUCH a good marriage, on SO many fronts, that if we can just work out this last final "thing" that we keep having trouble with, I just know we're headed for a higher plane . . .
