Last night was my first night at home without D8 and W. It was great to not need to worry about anyone else. I don't even have a dog...though that will be changing soon.
My MIL is in town and D8 will be staying over at W's apartment at night. W and I are working things out pretty well so far regarding D8. This seems like it will work just fine.
So now we need to turn to the next phase of the divorce. Our assets and bills are pretty complicated to work out...going to hate this part. I will probably move my thread over to We're separated.
