H got home during the week last night (happens only 50% of the time). Made his favorite dinner. Had a lively dinner w/all three kids. I wanted/needed to go to a meeting/wine tasting, but told him I felt rude leaving when he's hardly ever home during the week. H told me to go ahead, and he would handle S12's basketball practice, and take a nap. He really wanted to rest anyhow. Go and have fun with your friends.
Called tonight to see what was up.
I'm only calling him 1x per day when he's traveling (lots of times he's calling me instead), handling more of the pesky stuff that he usually does at home, and remaining upbeat, dressed and "done" when he's home, etc... I keep wondering about new 180's, but after I read this, they are consistent, and not to be slighted. I just need to keep this up.
SIGH!
PS - My friend and I went to a sex toys store today to buy some gag gifts for our newly 40-year old friend. NOT a good place for a SEX STARVED WIFE! God! Everything looked appealing! I settled on a penis straw. Hahaha GOD! Could have been worse! And, do you know they have a display that takes up a whole section of the store for just BATTERIES! Wow. Experience is good, right? I've had it. I might go back. Someday!
Note: I parked around the corner at the Culver's as I have an identifiable car, and wore a baseball hat and sunglasses into and out of the store.
