Protect yourself financially. As for the adultery charge, think carefully about what it will get you. It may be worth it, I don't know.
We're in very different places... but I did want to share with you that once you've been through your own emotional divorce, I hope (like me) that you find the water on the other side is very blue, very calm and the sun shines... it really does.
