If he was/is in an EA, or is lying/denying about having an affair, I'd recommend "NOT Just Friends," by Glass.
If the affair is out in the open and he's just not willing to end it and work on the marriage, and we had kids, I'd probably pick one of the good books about the potential damage that divorces can cause to families (sorry, I can't think of a title at the moment).
