Absolutely! I am getting to a place where I'm getting out of the "ER" zone! I am able to start supporting others as I have been supported.

My heart goes out to all now as we become uniquely qualified to 'understand" as much as one can where those on this board are at.

Journaling,

Picked kids up last nice. Got a few things from the old house. Chatted for a sec and left.

Fixed the kids spaghetti and was in the middle when my S7 realized he didn't have something for next day as W forgot to pack. Called her and asked if she would drop off.

She did and lingered for a minute. Kids were eating dinner and having a good time. She definately noticed I had cooked dinner not just bought something (180).

She commented on how the new place looked nice.

She seemed really sad as it was the first night she had to spend alone. NO INTERNET ACTIVITY at night after she left! NONE so far today! I would have thought she would have been going wild.

It helps so much to start to detach and move forward...
