Hi Sweetie, I am here with my big long arms to give you a "mama hug" and tell you that you and the Lord can handle this. Excuse me a minute while I try to control my own temper, first, before trying to give any encourgement to you b/c it really, really is low what he did to you. I don't know the details other than he apparently was leaving to get something for you and did not return. Is that correct? You had no idea he was going to do this? What a coward! When you said you would be free in 40 days, you did not really know what all that might have included, did you? Man, it makes me want to round up a posse to go get him and string him up. If I have this all wrong, then I apologize for it and if I don't, then I need to pray more!

I would say that the timing is weird since you were so excited about your Bible study.....but when we stop and consider it in the spiritural realm....it is not strange or weird at all. The "enemy" would do anything to get you discourage or sick enough to keep you away from that study! He (Satan) can't make a person do what they don't want to, (unless of course they are possessed)but he sure can influence and tempt them.

I know just the "thought" of being without a TV drives me crazy.....even if I hardly watch it. It is a habit more than anything else, but still......that was dirty! Maybe you can use the time to devote to your new study and just show the ole devil you aren't caving in to his crap! I tell ya, these spiritual growing pains are tough! However, if anyone has a lot of prayers going up for them, my babygirl does! You are going to be okay, honey, don't you worry. I don't know how far you are from anyone, but make some contacts and don't be left there by yourself if you need help. I'm sure you know that most phone companies have some type of program for people that have serious illness problems. My daughter was able to get that when things were rough on her after her divorce. They should have something for people without TV's too, shouldn't they!! Anyway, just want you to be safe and have what you need. I guess you aren't as far out as you sound sometimes.....but in KS, maybe you are (lol). I remember the time when I was a kid, our closest neighbor was about a half mile. Seemed farther back then cause we didn't have a phone or anyway of communicating in an emergency.

Okay, enough of this. Just want you to know that you are loved by a lot of folks. You are very valuable to us and we want you to stay well and know that we are praying for you while you get to the next step.
