OMG!!! Who the heck would have leftover lobster? Excuse me? Anyone?

I make lobster ravioli fairly often with a white wine butter sauce. It's to die for....literally! I'm sure the amount of cholesterol will clog your arteries for weeks and the fat grams are out of this world!

being a coastal south GA boy...I never eat ANY leftover seafood..

So, I too, am wondering...How do you have left over lobster? I hope it was frozen!! LOL

uh well, the lobster tails were huge!!! and sat there was also huge steak, and ya know, whats wrong with lobster twice in a week lol!!

No we don't have left over lobster in my house either. I'll just keep eating till it is gone. Always been my favorite thing in the world, ok that and clams. And to be honest, the flavor is so good I can't dream of mixing it with anything but plain old butter. And still less cholesterol than any steak so that is heart healthy in my book.

hey all trying to not blow away here today. ok hold on, the lobster tail was well over a pound a peice, with steak, and i wanted to make my pasta, I can only eat til i feel a little full, or I get sick still, that part of me with my lupus, hasnt died down yet.
