I am trying to focus on calm.

The first part of the weekend was pretty good. The second part came with a big wave of pain. H and I are talking, and I know that is good and healing, but the hurt...OMG! I don't think I knew that I could cry so much.

Anyway, I know that each of these "stages" is necessary. Can't skip any of them in the search for a new M.
