Trying to let go........with love!

I'm feeling much better today.

H was on the same ferry as me again this morning. Both of us were in our cars. I know he saw me, but he didn't call or acknowledge me at all. But then I didn't call him either. The cool thing was that I didn't really care! In fact, I took a nap during the "voyage".

I had a talk with my boss today about what things I could do to put myself in a position to take his job when he retires (which hopefully won't be any time soon!). I have the next 4 days off and at some point during that time, I want to do some work on a plan for my future.

I have a good job and make very good money, but it's not very challenging, or fulfilling in many respects. I have thought about completing my degree but I'm not sure I need the extra pressure in addition to everything else.

I did ask my boss to talk to one of the other "big-wigs" and offer my services to help with some other projects. That might provide so more challenge to occupy my mind, as well as earn me some more brownie points...

I also need to add some more GAL stuff to my plan. Hmmmm.....

Also going to spend some quality time with S17 during these few days.

And definitely relax and read at least one sappy book, and watch one sappy movie!!
