It is okay that you told her the things you told her last night.
Maybe not the best WAY, but it is okay that you did it.

You don't have to be in a church to sit with Him, LD.
He is everywhere and He is inside you.
Just be still and listen.

As for the rage, find a constructive way to vent or else take it to the foot of the Cross.
Those are your options.

Unless of course you want to end with more trouble.
