I am thinking that going dark is possibly aggravating my stitch is that anyone else's experience and what does it mean? DR book says to expect it but at what point do you know if it is helping or hurting things? I am not the one having difficulty NC him -is that bad? He is the one who can't control himself and sometimes I find it comforting to know he cares, but I also feel tired of his complaints and anger at life. ANy suggestions for resolving my dilemmma? If this gets locked someone start it over and respond there I will find it eventually.
