He wanted to know if his social was attached in any way because then he would have to claim the interest. I said you are not attached to these account in any way. They are listed under the kids social and I am the custodian. He said thanks(for providing the info, but I doubt that he was very happy.)

I so can't wait for him to be behind me! Yes, I realize we still will deal with kid stuff but he won't have any buttons to push financially.
