calling the crazy lady crazy usually doesn't help.
But he wasn't calling her crazy...he just said she needed to figure something out about her.
Crap...now I forgot what exactly he said but you can't walk on eggshells all the time. Sometimes even a MLC person needs to be told to step back and think about things.
