I have and will continue to appreciate all prayers for my darling's speedy and complete recovery from her surgery (torn rotator cuff) this AM.
After spending last week living at my place. She chose to head elsewhere just prior to and for the initial recuperation period after the surgery. I am a little dismayed over these choices of hers.
But the most important part is that she seems to be doing well in the early going of recovery. I spoke to the surgeon right after he was done and he seemed pleased with how things went. But best case recovery timetable is approx 5 months ..the first couple for healing and the last of it for physical rehab. That is an awfully long time to be out of work. SHe is not at all pleased but at least she is a union employee. Not much that I like about unions but in a case like this it is beneficial.
